   Hi,
   
   I bought 2 Parallels v2 licenses back at the beginning of May and while I got one v3 license key on 13th of May despite contacting the help-desk I am still waiting the second key.
   
   Anyone here actually managed to get multiple free upgrade keys from parallels yet ?
