stuck in catch 22 loop after uni email changed

    I have changed study programs so I no longer have access to the email I purchased Parallels through. That means I can't ask support to change my email, because I'd have to login first. And I can't login becuase Parallels expects me to confirm I'm using a new broser. The computer from which I manged Parallels on is dead so I can't login from there either. Any ideas or do I have to purchase a program again I already own?
