Trying to enable DirectX 11, Running Windows 11 Home 22621.1635 with MacOS 13.1 as the host on Parallels 18. I've installed both DirectX End User Runtimes and Enabled Graphics Tools, yet Windows still thinks it's on DirectX 10. What am I doing wrong?
