Subscription error

    On June 27 i purchased a permanent upgrade (12) for parallels.
    I noticed that the free software included toolbox - installed no problems.
    Moved on to Access
    I had never seen, known about, or installed , parallels access before yesterday. Installed on Mac & iPad . Connectivity good works well. However iPad says subscription expired in 2015. Reading thru the confusing and legalese worded document concerning what do I get it seems to me that I am entitled to either a year or 6 months of free use.
    Tool Box and desktop license information in my profile looks correct. Registered etc.
    What gives?
