Subscription Key Issues

My colleagues were provided subscription keys for Parallels Desktop for Mac App Store Edition Version 1.26.1 to run Windows 11. I was able to activate my subscription using one of the keys. My colleagues are unable to activate their subscriptions and they receive a notification that the keys are registered to different accounts. However, one colleague is able to use Windows 11 without registering a kay and another is completely fenced out. How can we register the product keys to their accounts. How can the keys be linked to their accounts so that they can use their subscriptions.

This usually happens when the subscription keys are already tied to a specific Apple ID or Parallels account at the time of activation. Once a key is registered, it can't be reused or reassigned to another account unless it's released by support.
