Subscription not activating

    Hello, Just today I purchased an upgrade key since I had the trial version of Parallels desktop 15. When I go to activate it, it tells me to confirm with my previous version which I don't have, is there something that can be done??

    I purchased an annual license today at the apple store and it does not appear in my active parallels licenses

    It will reflect in your account when you activate the product using Apple ID.

    Hello, I accidentally purchased an upgrade key and would like to purchase the pro or business edition. Is there a way that you guys can refund my upgrade license please.
