Hello Hesham, please clarify what product you refer to? According to the database, the expired product is Parallels Access but there is no reference if you ever used it.

 

I've been using Parallels for the past year and a few months ago it stopped being connected to my wifi when I used it. When I opened my profile the subscription said it was expired and I just want to be able to use it now. So what needs to be done? Thank you
