The support methods that Parallels offers are an absolute embarrassment at this point. I am trying to renew my subscription, and have even gotten a payment confirmation from their processor / provider. However, my updated subscription is still showing as expired in my account interface. So when I go to reach out to support regarding this issue, I am given the opportunity to use Facebook, Twitter, or this forum or BUY A SUBSCRIPTION. As someone who doesn't have social media to contact support with, and who HAS ALREADY PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION AND GOTTEN THE CONFIRMATION, it is infuriating that I cannot get help from a company I am trying to give money too without these artificial limitations. I am tempted to cancel the purchase (issuing a chargeback if needed) and foregoing Parallels entirely in favor of UTM or another tool. Between my serial ports not being functional for half of the last update this past year to this frustrating payment experience, I am disappointed in Parallel's direction and their artificial support limitations are a complete joke. Again, I will reiterate. I have received the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION / SUBSCRIPTION REINSTATED emails, but I am still unable to use Parallels on my Mac and the subscription is STILL showing as EXPIRED in my dashboard. If this is a payment processing error, then clearly that is on Parallel's end that they sent a confirmation email - and it's infuriating that I can't get help except through this forum.
Hi Lee, Information from our end show your license as active. Could you please confirm if it still shows as expired on your dashboard?
