Hi, I got a message from parallels for subscription renewal. I chose to renew ahead of time, will I be charged twice for the renewal since my account already has auto renewal setup. Also, I can see the license for the one year subscription in my account page. would appreciate some help and clarification. Thank you
Hello Rahul, Could you please navigate to your Parallels Account and then click on Register a key? Type in your key and check if you are able to view your license info on the dashboard. Regards,
