Hi Guys, as always thanks for making such a great product. I had a customer call in with problems printing labels-- they were not correctly aligned with the label edges. I ended up tracking down the problem to a print setting in acrobat in the print dialogue called "Page Scaling". I had the user change this setting to "None" and the labels printed correctly. What was happening was the report was printed with the correct boundaries for the labels, but then the setting in acrobat was adding additional margins to the page, resulting in a scaled down version of the labels being printed. It seems like it would make sense to have this setting set to "none" by default, and I have read how this can be set in the actual PDF file. This would be a really great feature to have, as many of our customers regularly print label reports. That being said, I thought I'd include the instructions I wrote up for our Knowledge Base in case its of use to anyone: 1: Set up your 2X client to the “View document to print” setting (instructions on the Core Suite page of the web portal) 2: Print your labels from Digital Schools 3: When the PDF opens up, click “File”>”Print…” 4: Change the option for “Page Scaling” (under the “Page Handling” section of the print dialogue) to “None” and click OK. Your labels should print correctly at this point. 5: This setting is now saved as your default. You can now set your 2X print preferences back to “Select printer before printing” or “Print to default printer” and future labels that you print will have the correct proportions.
