Support Cases and Feature Requests?

    Hi there,

    According to the price list:

    ES-Bronze: "Email support only, for 12 months and up to 4 support cases, 8X5 - 24 hours SLA"

    I assume this mean I can only ever open 4 support cases during 1 year?
    Does requests through 2X chat decrement from the 4 cases?
    Will support cases related to bugs also decrement from the 4 cases?

    Also, I can I issue Feature Requests? Do they also decrement from the 4 cases?

    Hi ricdgr

    Any Technical Support issue raised with 2X Technical Support can be decremented from the contact allowance.

    Feature requests are not deducted from the Support allowance and can be raised from these forums too.
