Support code MIA & Guest Os looping on startup

    First, I can't get the 10 digit code for tech support on my support page, the upgrade is showing V5.0 as registered, hence no support ticket can be started

    After upgrading to V5.0, when I start my Win XP OS, it immediately starts looking for a server and goes into a loop, trying to find it. I get the message "connection failed, the server "___" may not exist or it is unavailable at this time, etc.
    Parallels goes into a loop, with this message coming up constantly (every 5 sec) & you need to force quit to end. It isn't doing it in the other guest OS's.
    How do I make this go away ??
