I have activated Parallels Desktop per Mac Business Edition 28.06.2016. I need support because I don't be able to instal windows 10. but when I contact the support with email it says that my support code is wrong. I have checked it but it says always the sea message error.

Try to visit www.parallels.com/support then select "Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition" in product list then you can try create a support request. Hi BernardoD, try the following steps: 1. Log out from your account and clear browser cookies. 2. Sign in your account. 3. Go to Support > choose Parallels Desktop Business. Also, refer to this article for more information.
