Hi, I purchased Parallels Desktop for MAC Pro Edition last week after my evaluation ran out... After updating from Windows 8 to Windows 10 my bootcamp parallels will not startup. I can still run Windows 10 if I boot from bootcamp. I reported the issue however I received the following email stating "The product Parallels Desktop support is not covered by the Support contract you have. " How do I get my support that I paid for - 1 years worth! I'm not happy!!!
