Support Team Please reopen my ticket 791575

    In the hope that someone from parallels support may see this, please reopen ticket 791575. Due to a death in the family i didn't have hours to spend trying to get parallels 4.0 to work, i now have time. there is no way to contact support without paying money first, so i hope this works.
