More than two weeks ago (June 9th) I wrote to support and got the "Thank you for contacting Parallels Support!" immediately. Having heard nothing by the 13th, I wrote again. It's now the 22d and still nothing. Here was my original email: I have two problems: First, I can't find my 2.1 activation key. I do know that it was order id : (i put the id in the email, probably shouldn't post it here, right) and that it was emailed to me at (same comment) Secondly, once I have that, where is the link on your website to actually purchase the upgrade?
