I have a Windows XP VM and I am running Parallels Build 6.0.12106. Since installing Lion (now 10.7.4), every time I launch Parallels the XP VM that I previously suspended is reactivated. In the past, when launching Parallels a VM that was suspended would stay suspended until deliberately started. The settings for this VM on the Startup and Shutdown page under the Options tab are "Start Automatically" set to "Never".
