is their any way to easily transfer date quikcly and easily from my windows to my mac. i have a macbook and im running parallels desktop to use windows, any ideas?
You might try installing build 1892, which is supposed to fix some shared folders issues (see the information on shared folders in the user guide). I haven't installed this build myself (I'm waiting for the Mac Pro fix), so I can't say whether it will solve your problem—but it's worth a try.
Use the network. The OSX and Windows machines appear as individual computers on your local network. Share a folder (either Mac or Windows) on your local network, map the share in the other OS, and copy away.
