If you select to swap control and command keys in the preferences it seems to only work for key combinations, but not for functions that require control to be held down on its own. For example, if I have swapped the keys (so Command is now Control in Windows) then functions like Command-C and Command-V work fine for copy and paste. However, selecting multiple files by holding down Command in Windows Explorer does not work. What should happen is that if I select one file and then hold down Command and click another then both files should be selected. However, this does not work.
