Swiss German Mac Keymap (dech_mac)

    Hi all

    I've created a keymap for a swiss german Mac keyboard in Windows. It maps the Mac keys identically on the guest OS Windows. The only difference, you have to press alt-ctrl instead of just alt for special characters. Example: alt-e = EURO on Mac, alt-ctrl-e = EURO on guest Windows.
