Switch to Mac Edition (Intro Video)

Switch to Mac Edition (Intro Video) and XP Classic Theme

Hello, I hope these will be some simple questions.

I've just bought Parallels Desktop 6 Switch to Mac edition and each time I start the application a welcome video starts. Is there any way that I can turn this introduction video off so that I don't see it each time I start Parallels?

Also I've made a virtual PC of my old XP machine, but I seems that the only theme I can run it in is the Windows Classic theme, my old (real) machine ran in the standard XP theme and I would like the virtual machine to do so too. Is there a way that this can be achieved?
