    Hi guys.

    I am really annoyed.

I have managed to swap my original 20" iMac Core Duo for the new 64bit Core2Duo version in the apple store and have set it up and busyly set about installing my copy of Parallels Desktop.

It installs and activates perfectly - its is only when it comes time to start a virtual machine a problem arises - the system folds COMPLETELY

You have to reset it by the switch on the back.

This is completely unacceptable. Why on earth does this software not work? It worked flawlessly with the original iMac I had!!

I want this fixed as soon as possible or my copy of the software is going straight back to the apple store for a full refund for faulty software.

My iMac is the standard spec version with 2gb ram (2x 1gb sticks from crucial)

    Thanks.
