System Crashed During ToolBox Install

Yesterday I tried to update my Parallels software. It updated fine, but the windows side crashed while installing the ToolBox tools. So now I'm having a few problems. I have Parallels Desktop, even though the software is up to date.

1. I cannot click inside of my windows vm. The mouse disappears and I have to free the cursor using the Ctrl+Alt shortcut, but I cannot click anything within Windows.
2. I have tried reinstalling the Toolbox using the "Most Complicated" Manual installation thread on this forum. Did not work.
3. The error I am getting on my screen is "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop"
4. I have already deleted the USB/Bluetooth tab from my Hardware tab in Windows 10 configuration. Mouse still doesn't work.
