After installing Duet (to use ipad as display extention) in Windows 10 in Parallels VM and restarting, Windows no longer starts up, but enters the BSOD with the error message 'system_thread_exception_not_handled (prl_kmdd.sys)'. Parallels Customer Support just rejected my request for help, stating 'Unfortunately, your Support contract for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition has expired 2013-09-06 07:00:00', but that is not true, I have renewed my subscription November 28, 2015, like I do every year since Parallels Desktop version 4! With that I have auto-renewal. So why don't you help me. I hope someone here can help me to solve my problem. Thanks and kind regards, DJ
