I have been running into this issue on Firefox for a while, that when I go to click on a tab to switch, I am getting inconsistent clicks (also for exiting a program as well using the X in the top right corner), but most frustratingly, I end up having the tab "stuck", and am dragging the tab on my cursor. If I click, it creates a new window with that tab using the tab tear feature. I have disabled the tab tearing for now, but I am still stuck with the issue, it just is rearranging tabs instead of tearing them. I have attached an image showing the "ghost tab" being dragged around. This is on Firefox almost exclusively, Edge does not recreate the issue.

I am using a wireless mouse and keyboard, but have tried different mice. The issue does not take place on the Mac itself using firefox, only on the Parallels VM.

I will answer any questions/follow-up quickly, this issue is super frustrating.
