Tech Guarantee 2018

Is the Tech Garantie 2018 working today? Because I receive my order from a german store today. The Page is working and not finished or closed.

Here you can see that the Tech Guarantee for 2017 is closed but not for 2018. Does it mean, that I can use the Tech Guarante today, to upgrade from Version 13 to 14?

 

Hi ThorstenW1. Customers who purchased and activated a copy of Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac from the Parallels Online Store or an authorized reseller on or after August 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018, are eligible for an upgrade to the next version of Parallels Desktop for Mac at no charge.

Your upgrade keys will automatically be added to your Parallels MyAccount and you will receive an automatic upgrade notification via email. The upgrade key will be sent to the email that was used during the registration and creation of your Parallels MyAccount when you installed Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac.
