Tech Support Not Responding to XPe issues.

    We are working closely with a local 2X systems integrator and need tech support from 2X with respect to XPe.

    I am confident that our vendor knows what they are doing, but they are not getting timely responses from 2X tech support.

    Before I give up on 2X all together and swtich Citrix, does the forum have any suggestions regarding:

    1. Identifying upper-level 2X management that has interest in serving the K-12 Education Market.

    2. A paid Tech Support option within the 2X organization that does not rely on online forums?

    Turns out that 2x does not support the K-12 market. No need to respond to this inquiry. Citrix here I come.

    I am the Senior Support Manager for 2X, which reseller have you been dealing with and do you have any ticket numbers I can refer to regarding your issues .

    We do provide both a full ApplicationServerclient which installs on XP, XPe , Vista etc etc, and also a small XPe client to be built into your own XPe builds for distribution.
