Although the "Lock this computer once you finish working remotely" is ticked, as soon as I finish my remote session, my Mac becomes accessible to all around and is not locked. There is no need for the password to access it. The Mac is no longer secured. Does anyone has an idea as to how to address this issue please? Thank you.
Hi Jean-ClaudeI, Be sure to be on the latest build of Parallels Access. After you lock the Mac it would still be accessible if there is no password assigned. Assign a a password for your Mac by following: http://www.macinstruct.com/node/170 Thanks, Looran
Thank you Looran but I have a password that locks my computer and it usually locks up after 5 minutes if idle. I have the latest and most updated version of Parallels Desktop and Parallels Access. I really don't know what is wrong and Parallels team could not reproduce my issue on their computers. Thanks.
