The most ridiculous upgrade and support process

    1. Can't raise any ticket for support despite having a paid subscription. Why ?

    2. tried to add a license. Parallels has sent the authorisation email to an old inaccessible email address. What kind of ridiculous process works this way? Don't tell me to deal with Cleverbridge. Why don't you fix your billing process? How is this resolved ?

    An absolutely terrible experience
