The software never worked when I bought it after my 30 days trial

I decided to try parallels for my mac. I used during my 30 days trial and after that I decided to buy it. When I bought it, I couldn't use any of the VMs that were available to me. Ubuntu didn't work, Debian didn't work and Fedora didn't work. Is there a way that I can have a refund? Nothing is working. I'm very frustrated by the situation.
