About once every day or two all of our thin clients get disconnect and when they reboot they get an error saying that it cannot find the server. The web interface (2xserver:980) also quits working. We found that all we have to do to fix the problem is restart the 2X thinclientserver webservice. After we restart the service, everything starts working again as it should. I was previously told by 2X support that what was most likely happening was the server was running out of memory causing the service to crash (even though it just hangs and never stops). We have doubled our memory and still get the same problem. I have been using performance monitor to log the memory and processor use but memory never goes above 6% and the processor rarely goes over 70%. Has anyone else had issues with this happening or know what could be the cause?
