    Hi, I'm having the same issue. On my new Mac, I install Parallels Desktop 16. After that, the old Mac's license was deactivated before the new Mac was activated.
    However, "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies" was the error message that appeared.
    Could you advise me on what to do?

    Hi, the same from me. I moved from one MAC to a new one and now when I try to activate says this:
    This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies.
    Can someone help me here?

    I'm getting a different error message now:

    "Unable to perform the operation. This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."

    I can no longer activate my Parallels Desktop 17 license on my new computer (Mac mini M2), even though I have logged off the computers on which I have alternately used Parallels.
