I upgraded Parallels, copied in my (Oct 2021 purchased) license key, and got this error. The email address I'm logged in as is the same as the email address Cleverbridge sent the key to in October. There are no support options available to me other than posting here -- even though I've paid for a year of support-- which is very annoying. How can I resolve this?
