This Version of Windows Not supported

I have installed Snow Leopard. I have installed the latest build of Parallels to go with Snow Leopard. I have Vista with all up to date patches installed. Now I am getting messages that say that this version of Windows isn't supported by Bootcamp. When I cancel and go to Vista it says something went wrong with the last boot and what do I want to do? Earlier I had to remove my security software (Blink from Eeye software) and Vista Service Pack 2 just to recover from this.

Anybody else run into anything similar to this? Any suggestions on fixes?

Currently Vista runs from BootCamp. Snow Leopard runs. I won't let Parallels run for fear of damaging a functioning Vista installation. Again.
