Hello All! I have a verbatim thumb drive (store-n-go) with a secure area on it. When I "capture" it via the Devices|USB menu, it won't display as an available drive in Windows Explorer, which I need in order to access the secure portion of the drive. It has worked correctly when I plug the device into an external USB hub, but that is inconvenient when I'm traveling. Any suggestions on what is going on? I run into the same problem with a Scan Snap scanner that I connect via USB as well. Thanks! P.J.
