Hello, we've found only one license at your Parallels Account barry.pe***rey@gmail.com.
Could you provide us with the screenshot of the issue and with your license key that you used for the Parallels Toolbox activation.

I have two 14 licenses and one 13 and have tried both with the same results. I have even tried installed older versions with the same results.

Hello, we've checked your account and found only expired Parallels Toolbox license.
Please share with us your active Parallels Toolbox license and we will check it for you.
Also please note that with a perpetual Parallels Desktop for Mac license you get a three-month subscription for Parallels Toolbox for Mac and Windows. Please check this KB article for more information and let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hello, we've checked your account barry.pel***ey@gmail.com and found only 1 Parallels Desktop 12 permanent license. It's still active.
Could you provide us with your Parallels Desktop 13 and 14 licenses via the private message for the future investigation please?
