You need double quotes before and after the file path so something like this:
    Add-AppPackage -Path "C:\Users\mcooling\Documents\Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.2.2_2.2.29512.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe"

Thank you so much. That's worked! Was getting the same error initially, even with the speech marks. Then realised I wasn't appending the file names with the .appx extension. Thanks again for your help and patience.

NOTE: Build 21313 will not be offered to ARM64 devices due to an app compatibility issue. We hope to flight to ARM64 devices with the next flight once the issue is fixed.

The gaming issue might be a problem for some people.

Michael, Responding to your post about the ability to toggle compatibility settings. Do you know whether this is app-by-app or global?

I am replying to myself because I found the answer. Right click on the app, select the compatibility option, and at the very bottom is the ARM option. Click on it and you'll get this option:

I like the toggle setting. Now only if the Microsoft Store could give that option.
