transfer files from mapyx quo to lowrance endura - usb problem

    I am running windows 7 and Mapyx Quo software, which runs really well. However, when I plug my lowrance endura gps in (USB) the gps recognises that it is attached. This is fine. However, to transfer files from within the Quo application fails, as if Quo doesn't recognise that the gps is attached. Can anyone help me on this?

    Hi Jenny,

    Please enable the GPS device by selecting : Devices (from the top menu bar) -> External Devices -> Enable the GPS device.
