Transfer license subscription to a new account

    We had a previously consultant purchase Parallels licenses on an account that is no longer available.
    I would like to transfer the license to a new account. When I try to register the key it shows that it is already registered to another account.

    • None of the keys are in use.
    • I have the invoice, card, bus. information, etc.

    Hello Kevin, please DM us with the invoice copy of Parallels Desktop for Mac along with both the email addresses, so that we can transfer your Parallels Desktop for Mac license. Thanks.
