Transferring your PC stuck on Preparing to transfer

I am doing this with a Western Digital 2 TB Portable Storage Drive. I have successfully done the transport agent side from my PC, and when I plug into the mac it recognizes it and starts "preparing to transfer" but it has been stuck there for a couple hours. It only took 30 min to do on the PC and the File size is 95GB. Any direction would be appreciated.

I actually got it working. Had to delete the failed attempts from the folder and restart.
