Triple boot machine can't find Windows partition

Hi, I having some trouble getting Parallels to find my Windows partition.

After editing My Boot Camp.pvs to the following, Parallels just throws out an "There is no operating system installed in the virtual machine" error.

Under the warning dialogue, VM says "Boot from hard drive... No boot device avaliable, please Enter to continue".

This machine is machine is triple booting OSX 10.5.2/Ubuntu8.04/WinXP SP2 using rEFIt.

Also, this is what is coming out of diskutil:

#3 is the Linux partition, and #4 is the Windows partition.
