Triple Booted iMac Question

Hello,

I was using parallels when I just had OS X and XP SP3 on my iMac, but then one day I got bored and triple booted my iMac with OS X, XP SP3, and Ubuntu. Now when I try to run parallels it says that no operation system was found for my bootcamp drive. I am figuring it is because my bootcamp drive is partitioned into two drives. Is there any way to do a manual selection? If not is there any talks about it being in an update, because that would be pretty amazing if it was, because then you can have two VM's off of your bootcamp drive ^_^.

Use Gparted CD and remove boot flag from Ubuntu partition
