Trouble with Registration

    Hello,
    I purchased a copy of Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac from BestBuy last week. I am trying to install it on a Macbook Pro running OSX Yosemite 10.10.4. I had no issue registering the product on the website using my provided key. However, after installing Parallels 10.2.2 on my computer, I get this error when attempting to log in using my Gmail account that I activated the product on. I could really use some assistance with this matter, for my internet connection is otherwise working correctly.
