i use a mounted volume using true crypt using Mac OS. When i start windows using Parallels, i see that drive, but it's read only. Is it possible to let me write also in windows?

The problem is - if you have it installed on Mac - i guess it is not able to read NTFS partitions. Try to install NTFS 3G on your Mac - it is free software which anebles you to write to NTFS from Mac
