Trying to cancel my subscription

    Hello!

    I am trying to cancel my subscription (No. 513091404), but the "View My Parallels Products" option on my account dashboard is completely grayed out, so I cannot view my subscription or disable auto-renew on the subscription. Any help is appreciated, please and thank you!
