Trying to contact support Regarding License (Twitter, Facebook, Cleverbridge No Reply)

    24th November 2021 - Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) - Reference Ends iN: 8615
    17th February - 2023 - Parallels - Reference Ends iN: 9492

    Though as you can see I've upgraded to the wrong edition without me knowing. I got confused as I thought they were all the same thing. I work from home and I am a home user as well as a business...

    Goal: I need to unlock Mac Pro Edition (Happy to refund and then pay the upgrade for Pro instead of Home.)

    Note: When updating/adding the license to my account it stated that Pro was registered on a different account. Please could you Merge accounts for me so there is no more confusion on my end?
