    Hi guys,

I am having a rather strange problem. Reason why I say it's strange is because this is only affect one user and not the other 15 users.

Basically, after installing 2X client on User A's laptop, I notice that the "tsclient.exe" process is using 100% of the CPU, and the whole laptop becomes sluggish to the state of un-usable.

Even having logged-off all sessions with 2X, the "tsclient.exe" process remains running in the process's list, and there is no way to terminate the process (that I'm aware of). As long as this process remains running, it uses all CPU power, and the laptop becomes slow.

Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions on how to fix this?

As I have mentioned before, this is only affecting one laptop (out of the 20 laptops that I have installed).

    Hi there,

Make sure you have the latest 2X Client and MS RDP Client.

If you disable 2X Universal printing and launch a Published desktop do you still experience the same issue?

    Hi nixu,

This laptop already have the latest version of the 2X Client and MS RDP Client.

Disabling 2X Universal Printing does not solve the problem.

I tried logging in as this user on my machine, but it's running normally on my machine. The tsclient.exe is running low or using 0% CPU.
