Turn off SUSPEND feature

I do not like when Parallels 7 suspends the virtual environment. This happens automatically when I attempt a SHUT DOWN or RESTART of my Mac without Shutting Down the virtual environment and quitting Parallels 7 first.

I have attempted to find a toggle in the Parallels Preferences and the Configure menus, but with no luck.

Where can I turn off the SUSPEND feature?
