The Parallels tools for the latest Kernel (3.2.0-35) crashes upon startup. I have rebuilt and reinstalled the latest code and it still fails. The only solution is to remove the /lib/modules/3.2.0-35/updates/dkms directory so that the drivers do not attempt to load, otherwise the kernel crashes and the system will not boot. These failures started around 3.2.0-33 or 34. I have the very latest Parallels software update installed. The result is that I can no longer share folders between my Mac desktop and the Linux VM. Is this a known problem? Has anyone found a workaround that doesn't involve booting an older kernel?
