Unable to access Parallels support

    I have paid for Parallels and have a product key. The support page says you have to register your product key to your account in order to get a "Support code" to access support. When I log in to my account I don't see my product registered but if I try to register it, it says it's already registered to someone else and that it is sending them an email. Then I get the email in my inbox saying:

    Dear Sarah *******,

    You or somebody else had tried to register key for Parallels Desktop 4.0 for Mac. This key is already registered.

    Registration details:

    Product: Parallels Desktop 4.0 for Mac
    Key: *****
    Activation date: *****

    I feel like I'm stuck in a loop and have no idea how I am supposed to access support now. Can anyone help me please?
